In a beautifully secluded location at the edge of Ullswater Lake, these cabins provide unique accommodation for a party of up to four people in recently restored buildings, originally erected in the 1930s.
One cabin comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom whilst the other contains a fitted kitchen and seating area with a traditional wood burning stove for those chilly nights.
Wake up to delightful views across the Helvellyn range, experience red deer grazing at dawn in the fields and woods and immerse yourself in the sounds of silence apart of course from the bleating of our traditional Herdwick and Swaledale sheep.

It is not possible to access Beckside Cabins by vehicle. Guest are welcome to walk.
Regretfully dogs are not permitted, due to the close proximity of sheep on the farm.
We recommend you register your mobile phone for Emergency Services SMS service due to the lack of a reliable phone signal. Instructions are to be found at the bottom of this page.

The cabins are priced at £300 for a minimum of 3 nights either Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon.
The cabins are available all year round (access permitting) for short breaks. Either a 2 or 3 night weekend break (Fri-Mon) or a 4 night midweek break (Mon-Fri) or Full week stay (arrive from 4pm depart by 12 noon)
Stays outside these set arrival times and dates are possible subject to bookings. Please contact us to discuss.
